C-FODU was purchased by the Ontario Provincial Air Service in 1960. It was damaged in a forced-landing near Moosonee in 1984 and is close to being fully restored to flying condition by volunteers of the CBHC.

Introduced in 1953, the Otter carried on the tradition of the Beaver for bush-flying with a larger wingspan and fuselage and more powerful engine
