Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) finds a new home at the Bushplane

Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry Aviation Forest Fire and Emergency Services donates their 1st UAV to the Bushplane Centre March 5, 2018

On behalf of the CBHC I would like to thank Rick Dunning & Joe Eder for arranging the donation of the UAS.

The UAS represents the next steps in the continued partnership between the Centre and the AFFES in preserving our forestry & ecological management heritage.

Going forward these types of donations allow the Centre to better communicate and promote the vital work that the MNRF/AFFES do throughout the province, country and around the globe; Also helping the Centre to remain relevant to its audiences by providing the opportunity to better demonstrate and contrast the evolution of resource management  technology and techniques through the development of new interactive exhibits created with the actual equipment giving visitors a view of the past and present and how that will affect the future.

Once again, the Centre is excited to accept this generous donation and will display it proudly in it collection.
